 Basic Setup using two (2) aileron Servos

PLUG SERVOS INTO THE RECEIVER AS FOLLOWS:

bulletCH1 - Right aileron
bulletCH2 - Elevator
bulletCH3 - Throttle
bulletCH4 -  Rudder
bulletCH5 - Landing Gear
bulletCH6 - Left aileron
TURNING ON THE TRANSMITTER

When you first turn your power on the transmitter will display the model number, voltage of the battery and how long the transmitter has been on since it was last charged.

STEP 1

OPEN THE MODEL SELECT MENU

  1. Start with transmitter turned off
  2. Hold down the two edit keys
  3. Turn on transmitter
  4. Use the curser keys to move to the model Number you wish to use.
STEP 2

SELECT TYPE OF MODEL

  1. Press the up arrow until the word ACGL (acrobatic/glider) or HELI
  2. Use left or right curser keys to select ACGL
  3. Press both Data Keys to save setting (radio will beep twice to confirm save.
STEP 3

NAME YOUR MODEL

Press the down arrow until the words MODEL and NAME appear in the upper left corner of the display.  You can use 4 letters to name the plane you want to use for this model number.

  1. Use the DATA +increase and -increase keys to change the the displayed letter.
  2. Stop when the letter you want appears
  3. Press the right curser key  to select the second letter and repeat 1 and 2
  4. Repeat this process until you have used 4 letters to name your model.
  5. To indicate the channel number this model will use press the right curser key one more time
  6. Use the DATA + or - keys to select the channel numbers from 0 199.
STEP 4

SETTING THE TIMER
The timer serves as a count down stop watch

  1. Use the EDIT up or down key to find the TIME display
  2. You will see 2 timers of which for this setup use one for the amount of time you want to run this model.

TURN OFF THE TRANSMITTER T0 COMPLETE THE INITIAL PART OF THE SET UP

  1. Use the DATE +increase or -decrease buttons to set the timer
