     Project by Troy Stotts

The Dragon Lady by Global looked like a good project to convert to gas (not nitro) power.  The model called for .60 2 cycle to 1.20 4cycle nitro engine.  I chose a 23cc gas 2 stroke engine to power the Lady.

The lady's fuse was modified to accept the larger gas engine.

The reinforcement on the left side of the firewall was ground off to make room for the engine mounted 1/4" left of center to compensate for torque.
The engine's rear housing was designed to be mounted flush.  4 mounting holes and the fuel access hole were drilled through the firewall and fuel proofed using a thinned down epoxy mixture and applied with a soldering acid brush.
