Trimming Your Plane

This fueling method uses a foot or hand operated air pump.
The method is to pressurize the gas storage tank forcing gas into your on-board tank.

The storage tank needs two lines.  One for a vent and one for an exit. Your on-board tank also has two lines; one vent or pressure line and one to the carburetor.

Filling the Tank

For the fill operation hook pump to the storage tank. Disconnect the fuel line from the carburetor and  connect it to the exit line of the storage tank and pressurize the storage tank.

De-Fueling

The de-fueling operation is equally simple. And necessary. You don't want to transport or store your model with gas on board. By attaching your pump to the on-board vent line and connecting the carb line (normally plugged) to your storage tank, a couple of pumps will quickly effect the de-fuel your on board tank.
