bullet Adjust your rudder so that your plane flies straight in slow fly bys.
bulletExpo on the rudder will help help in maintaining the balance of the plane.
bulletThe trick to hovering is in finding the attitude your plane likes to hover in . with the wings still not stalled   
bulletThe key is maintaining the angle of attack and controlling the throttle to keep altitude the same.
bulletIf you're getting a lot of wing rock it may be that your forward speed is to high.  
bullet Raise the nose a little more and slow your air speed down.  
bullet It may help to mix in a little spoilerons.
bullet When your plane is facing away from you, put the rudder stick under the low wing.
bulletHaving to hold full up all the time is most likely a nose heavy condition.
